New-home plumbing & gas connections
Most of Marsden Park is newly built, so the work skews toward fresh installs and the snags that come with new homes — gas cooktop and hot-water connections, dishwasher and laundry hook-ups, leaking flexi-hoses and the occasional builder defect. We sort them quickly and to Australian Standards.
One call in Elara was a gas smell reported near the cooktop. We traced it to the flexi-hose connection behind the oven, in since the house was built, and corrected it on the spot — the kind of new-home fault that is easy to miss but not one to leave.
Hot water repairs & replacements
