For a property manager, a plumbing job is really a relationship job. A slow response means an unhappy tenant, an annoyed owner and another problem on your desk. You need a plumber who picks up, turns up, treats the tenant well, fixes it properly and sends you an invoice you can pass straight on to the owner, without you having to chase or explain anything. Around half our work is already property managers and strata, so being a property manager plumber is business as usual for us, not a sideline.
We liaise with the tenant directly, so you're not stuck playing technical middleman between a resident who wants it fixed today and an owner who wants to know why it costs that much.
You get the job documented: what we found, what we did, and an itemised invoice you can forward to the owner as it is. We answer 24/7/365, so a Friday night call doesn't become a Monday morning crisis.
We already do this work at volume for one agency's rent roll, and we'd like to be your preferred plumber too. We're licensed and fully insured, led by Peter Fenech, in the trade since 2009 and licensed since 2014, working to all relevant Australian Standards. We're a NSW Government registered supplier and Master Plumbers Association members, so adding us to your panel is simple.
Supplying hot water and working plumbing are urgent repair obligations under most tenancy agreements, which means a no-hot-water call is a compliance clock as much as a comfort problem. We prioritise accordingly, and we won't quietly let it sit over a weekend.
One thing we won't do is promise you an arrival time we can't hold. What we will do is answer the phone, tell you honestly when we can be there, and let you pass that on to the tenant with confidence.
The calls that interrupt your week most are usually the ones nobody saw coming. Where we can see something coming on a property, we tell you early so the owner can budget for it instead of reacting to it.
Two guides written for property managers: what to do when a tenant reports a blocked sewer, and how we decide whether a hot water system gets repaired or replaced.
Tell us about your rent roll and how you like to work. We'll set you up with one reliable contact for every property you manage.

Thanks for doing a great job at the property in North Parramatta Peter. The commercial tenants are pleased to have a new tap!! replacing the flexible hoses that looked a bit old was a great idea too! …
Peter and team did an excellent job installing a channel drain around our garage. The site was left in immaculate condition, and the job done to a very high standard. Easy communication and on time. Highly recommend!
I had Peter from Fenech Plumbing check our pipes due to sewage smell on a short notice. He is very thorough inspecting all the pipes and drains and equally patient in explaining all about plumbing. I agree with the other reviews, Peter is a very honest and lovely person. Communication is clear and easy. I highly recommend him!
