Peter & his team have twice done work at our house. The most recent was blocked drainage. He was professional, genuine & turned up when he said he was going to. Would recommend him without a doubt.

Shortly before Christmas I woke to an upstairs internal water feature in the toilet room that spread to the hallway and through the flooring and into the kitchen. Obviously in my very panicked state I started calling Peter as I’d used him previously before I moved to this new house. Peter + apprentice showed up earlier than initially expected, fixed my problem, checked out the kitchen to make sure no concerning water damage or pooling water, and then to put my mind at ease proceeded to check all my other water connections. As a mother to 3 who has no clue about plumbing and new to having to fix things myself, having Peters expertise and understanding approach was my saving Grace. His a family man, a local business owner, he is not out for the quick dollar but actually cares about his customers and what’s best for them. Have you ever heard of good priced quality plumbing work that has warranty? This company does it! Not sure if for all, ask them. But, we so appreciate their high quality work with high work ethics! "Santa Flows" did it again, gifted us with two good working outdoor taps and two bidets in probably just half an hour! Peter (and assistant) came and left, quiet and quick, left the worksite as clean as a whistle. :)

If I could give more stars to Peter I would. Totally genuine tradesman with knowledge and impeccable customer service focus. We have used Peter now twice based on recommendations of others and am glad we did. Today he popped in to see a minor issue we are having with our toilet and fixed it on the spot - and didn't charge us for the part or the time he was here. When do you hear of that?! After having other plumbers take us for a ride and get us to install things we actually didn't need, or not even show up, Peter will have all of our plumbing jobs in the future due to his integrity, honesty, punctuality and actually being a genuinely nice person. Hi everyone, if you need a plumber I can’t recommend contacting Fenech Plumbing & Gas Pty Ltd highly enough. We live in townhouse and our upstairs ceiling was leaking/dripping water (almost a bucket) after 9pm down to kitchen. I was panicking and called strata but they said it’s owner’s responsibility so I searched through HDM and found Peter has high ratings so I called him and he even picked up the phone at 10pm and told me what I needed to check to make sure it’s not a big issue such as check the main water supply. Peter came out the very next morning and, spent the whole morning to check the source of leaking which he did was very thorough and everything he can think of. He even went to check our neighbors which might be the cause (our walls are shared) because they installed a new air-con a few weeks back. He even spoke to the strata and explained his findings thoroughly. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough, they are some of the most ethical and professional people I’ve ever met. If you need a plumber, absolutely message them. Even in the late night, he will reply and help you. I literately in panic and fear last night coz I thought my ceiling was about to fall down. Thanks again for Christine and Peter. You guys are amazing and savior.
